REV: Coach Note #6

Hello Springfield REV Team,

We meet tomorrow for our bi-weekly REV call. Our agenda tomorrow is focused on discussing the broader goals of the Springfield REV Initiative.

For those that can't attend tomorrow, please send me your thoughts on the goals that Springfield's REV project should be focusing on. Here are the questions we plan to address:

  • In your experience, what have been the attributes of your most successful teams?
    • REV Team Ground Rules
  • Pain Points -  What are the challenges facing the community and area entrepreneurs
  • Community Passion Points - What are the opportunities for development and growth
  • What does success look like for REV in Springfield:
